If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in their original packaging
• Include all original tags and accessories
• Show no signs of damage or excessive wear
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final Sale products
• Gift Cards
• Personalized or customized items
• Items damaged through misuse
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or product, simply return your original order and place a new purchase.
