Order Changes

We understand that mistakes happen.

If you’d like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses may only be updated before the order has been dispatched.

Once a package has been shipped, we cannot modify delivery information.
